Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Once an order is shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

FAM Sports is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

If tracking shows “delivered,” the package is considered delivered.

If a package is lost in transit, customers must first contact the carrier. We will assist with investigations when possible.
